I recently picked up the hobby of the aerial hoop. The aerial hoop is a metal hoop rigged to the ceiling which allows you to spin. On the aerial hoop many tricks can be performed while in the air! Personally whenever I am on the hoop, I blast music very loudly and express my emotions through my movements. To me being on an aerial hoop is a freedom to self-expression.
